Shipping Policy

  • Our custom made denims usually take around 2 weeks to complete based on your measurements.
  • No orders will be processed without receipt of the full payment.
  • Orders will be dispatched as soon as it is ready and may take 3-10 days for delivery, based on your delivery PIN Code. However, we do not take responsibility for delays that are beyond our control.
  • In case you need to change the address, please do so within 4 days of placing the order.
  • Enjoy free delivery on orders of two or more products. A delivery charge of ₹ 99 is applicable on order of single product.
  • Presently, shipping is done to cities/towns in India only. We do not deliver overseas.  
  • You can opt for no-contact delivery. As a rule, we only offer no-contact delivery in containment zones.
  • You will be updated once the item(s) is shipped, along with the tracking number so you can track your order / status of delivery.
  • If the order is on hold due to incomplete / inaccurate details or reconfirmation of measurements or any other reasons, our customer support team will be in touch with you to ensure that your order is cleared at the earliest.

Failure to provide body measurement

  • From the date of order booking, customers will have 15 days (maximum) to add body measurements.
  • The chosen style and accessories will be reserved for a maximum of 15 days from the date of placing the order.
  • In case of failure to upload your measurements for 15 days or more, the order will get auto cancelled and the amount will be converted into store credit, which you can redeem on future orders.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

If you have entered your body measurements, then the final garment will be made with certain ease in the measurement basis the fit you have selected. Our patterns are suitable for almost all body shapes and types and we are confident that we will be able to give you a well-fitted garment; however if you believe that the garment does not fit you right, we will be happy to make corrections to the garment till you get a perfect fit.

As the garments are handcrafted and made to order specifically for you, we do not provide the option for cancellation, return or refund.

In case of nonconformity of the product based on the measurements provided, customer shall have up to a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for any alteration of the jeans. If the claim is not made within 7 days, Arvind Custom Denim shall be relieved of any obligation and or liability to the customer.
