Do I need to create an account to be able to shop from Arvind Custom Denim at denim.myarvind.com?

While you can always browse through our website and collections without logging in, you do need to create an account to shop with us.

This is where we save your name, measurements, address and basic contact information for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. It's a simple 3-step sign-up form.

Once you customise your denims, add to shopping bag and proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to login to your account.

How can I edit my account details?

Here's how you can edit your account details:

  1. Log into your Arvind Denim account on denim.myarvind.com
  2. Click on My Information
  3. Make the desired changes and click on Save

I've forgotten my password. How can I recover it or get a new password?

  1. Click on the Forgot Password option on the login screen
  2. You'll get an email from us in your registered email
  3. Click the link on our email to reset your password

How can I update my billing and delivery addresses?

  1. Log into your denim.myarvind.com account
  2. Click on My Addresses > Edit
  3. Update your address or add a new one and click on the Save button

How can I see my order history?

  1. Login to your denim.myarvind.com account
  2. Click on My Account to view your order history

How can I track my order?

We've got our eyes on it! We'll keep you posted with an SMS and an email, every time the status of your shipment changes.

You can also track the status of your order from your account:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to My Account > Order Details > Track Order, and you can view the status

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Change in Product / Quantity / Customisation:

Once an order is confirmed, unfortunately it isn't possible to add/remove items, substitute one item for another, or change customisation specifics. However, if you wish to cancel or change an order before the customisation process is initiated, you may contact our customer support team the same day of order placement, and they will check and confirm if it is possible to change the order.

Change in Address:

If your delivery address has changed, contact us before dispatch of item and we'll have your order shipped to the updated address. But if the item has already been dispatched, then it would be too late to reverse the delivery.

We do our very best to get your order to you where you want it, how you want it and when you want it. But we can make changes only up to a certain stage of the order process, since it is a customized order and our products are handcrafted just for you.

Is it safe to use credit/debit cards on denim.myarvind.com?

Yes, of course. We have partnered with trusted gateways to ensure a safe and secure payment process for our customers.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Since every order is customised and personalised to your specific requirements, the process takes longer than the usual e-shopping experience, usually about 14 days.

Once you confirm your order, and based on your area pin code, you will receive an email on your order confirmation along with the estimated delivery dates.

Once your order is ready and the item is dispatched, you will receive the shipment details along with a tracking number to track your order.

I don't know how to take my measurements. What if I make a mistake?

Don't worry, we've got your back. Our handy measurement guide offers step by step instructions on how to take your body and garment measurements, along with reference images.

All you have to do is have someone else take your body measurement for better accuracy, and if you have a correct fitting garment, then take it as per the instructions given in our measurement guide. In case of any doubts, you can always reach our customer support team who will be happy to guide / assist you.

In case of inaccurate measurements, if it is a glaring error our team will reach out to you to reconfirm the measurements. But unsuspected errors will go unnoticed, and the team will go ahead and custom-make your order based on the measurements given.

If it’s your first time, take help from someone or reach out to our team who will be happy to guide / assist you. You don’t have to add any margin to the body measurement, because we will take care of that as per the fit you select.

Do you provide product warranty/guarantee?

All our products are original and authentic, designed and made at our own world-class denim manufacturing facility.

As manufacturers of premium International denim brands, our products have been globally acknowledged and accepted for its design, quality, finish, durability and performance. Our customised products are handcrafted with care to optimally match your requirements.

Take care of your denims based on our fabric and wash care tips, and you can rest assured that your denims will look good as new for a long time to come.

Do you offer No-contact delivery?

Yes! You can call our courier partner and opt for no-contact delivery/return. As a rule, we only offer no-contact delivery in containment zones.

Please note, your delivery/return might be delayed if your address is in a containment zone

Why does the estimated date of delivery differ from the delivery timeline mentioned after placing the order?

The estimated delivery time is an approximate date for your delivery. Once the order is placed, based on your customisation requirements we calculate the time to prepare order and accordingly the estimated delivery time. This is why there might be a difference in the 2 dates.

Let's talk delivery charges: What are my options?

For single product order, a shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable. For 2 or more products to be delivered to the same address, your shipping is done for free anywhere in India.

I’ve placed my order online. How will I know when my order is ready and when I am likely to receive the same?

We'll help you track your precious package in 3 ways:

  1. An SMS / email will be sent to your registered mobile number / email id when your order is ready and dispatched.
  2. Once your order is shipped, you will again receive an email with the estimated date of delivery and tracking number.
  3. Live tracking option will be available on My Orders page

Can I expect delivery all day, every day?

Well, every day except Sundays and on national holidays. Date and approximate time of delivery will be updated to you once the order is shipped, along with a tracking number which can be used to track your order.

Why doesn't Arvind Denim deliver to my location?

Unfortunately, your pin code is not yet serviceable by our courier partners and that's why we don't deliver to your location at the moment. But don’t worry…we're increasing our reach and partnering with reliable courier companies so we can reach your address too. Do check back later. Thank you for your patience!

Does Arvind Denim deliver to locations outside India?

No, presently we deliver only within India.

Can I return / exchange a product purchased on denim.myarvind.com?

Since all products at Arvind Custom Denim are customised and personalised based on your specific measurements and personalisation requirements, returns and exchanges are not applicable on products purchased on denim.myarvind.com.

What if the product received is not as per the body / garment measurements and / or the personalisation specifications I had given?

At Arvind Custom Denim, we take utmost care to customise and handcraft our products based on your specific requirements.

However, in a rare instance of complete mismatch of product(s) delivered to you, you may speak or write to our customer support team within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will be happy to guide / assist you appropriately and will make necessary arrangements to replace your product / resolve your issue in the best way possible.

What if the product received requires some alteration to fit me better?

At Arvind Custom Denim, we are passionate about every pair of denims we create and customise for our customers. And our happiness comes from your complete satisfaction. In case you think the product requires some alteration to fit you better, feel free to speak or write to our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you.

You will have up to a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for any alteration of the jeans. If the claim is not made within 7 days, Arvind Custom Denim shall be relieved of any obligation and or liability to the customer.

Will I be able to return the product for alteration and have it delivered back to me?

If you have received a confirmation from our customer support team regarding the acceptance of the alteration work, then you may return the product. You will be guided by the team on the process for return and delivery back to you. Presently, we do not provide reverse pick-up and hence you will have to self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Delivery charges will also be extra.

What is Arvind Custom Denim’s cancellation policy?

Made a mistake in your order? Contact our customer support team immediately. If the product customisation order has not been initiated or processed, our team will let you know how you can cancel your order.

However, if the order has already been processed, considering that it is a customised / personalised product made just for you, we will not be able to cancel your order.

How will my refund be processed?

Since our denim products are fully customised to your requirements, we do not have cancellation, returns or refund on our website, with rare exceptions as mentioned above. Refund is subject to our cancellation policy and will be processed on a case to case basis. Once your cancellation / return request has been accepted and authorised by our customer support team, you will receive an email with details on cancellation / return and your refund.
